Torrential rain forced the splitting up of the American College Cricket North East Championship to 2 weekends. The Group stages were played at Van Cortland Park in the Bronx, thanks to Lesly Lowe, founder and President of the Commonwealth League. The Final 4 was then played a couple of weeks later at baisley Pond Park South, with the assistance of Ricky Kissoon, Assistant Commissioner of the PSAL Cricket League.

11 teams competed, with Ryerson being the defending Champion. After the 11 matches of the Group stages were completed in difficult conditions, the Final 4 was Syracuse University and Rochester Institute of Technology, both of whom had looked good at their first Regionals last year as well as Rutgers and Northeastern.

Ultimately Rutgers fell short in the Finals as Rochester, led by Sourab Dargan won the North East Championship and the Deryck Aaron Jodah Trophy, which was presented by Lloyd Jodah, Founder & President of American College Cricket. As usual, Lloyd also took the action photos.
