Schedule – let the Championship begin !
The history making 2010 American College Cricket Spring Break Championship begins Wednesday March 17th. Many teams spent Tuesday March 16th at the Central Broward Regional Park practising. Following practise many relaxed in the Hotel pool.
By late evening practically all 20 teams had arrived, except for a few players delayed for different reasons. A few St Cloud players’ car broke down on their way to the airport and missed their flight.
One Auburn player was set to fly in from India immediately following his wedding !
The players were anxious to begin play as the Captains’ meeting took place this evening. The aims and goals of American College Cricket were laid out for the young student-athletes.
