Our Coach Amir excels as Head Coach with Pros !

Amir Saddique has been a part of American College Cricket since 2011 – it’s his 10 Anniversary with us ! In that time he has been our Coach at Large, and often a Tournament Manager at Nationals, South East and South West Championships. He also coached the American College Cricket USA team twice to #-0 Series wins in our USA vs Canada Series, and was USA under 19 Coach.

This past week he has been Head Coach for the Houston Stallions in the Houston Open. The team included 2 Test players, West Indies Rakheem Cornwall, and Pakistan’s Sami Aslam, and PSL and CPL players, and made it to an exciting Final, which they lost by 2 runs, to the Nepali Rhinos !

Coach Amir is a unique coach who utilises knowledge from a wide range of sports including athletics, baseball & tennis with an approach developed under American College Cricket that includes mental training.
