118*, our Highest score in Broward Stadium !
Until March 2016 our Highest score in Broward Stadium, the Lords of USA was 79 by Akeem Dodson in the 2012 National Finals for York College to steer them to victory.
Then in March 2016 Pratiik Dengle, of UT Dallas, smashed 118* vs Boston Universty. Pratiik opened the batting & took 71 balls, with 12 Fours & 4 sixes, SR of 166. UTD made 201 for 2, which is also our highest team score in the Stadium.
UT Dallas Comets won by 101 runs, bowling out Boston Uni Terriers for 100 in 19.5 overs.
Pratiik Dengle played for Mumbai & Mahrasthra u der 17 & in 2014 messaged us about whatcollege was best for cricket, so he could attend for his MBA. After UT Dallas won the National Championship in March 2015, Pratiik chose to go there. He’s now living & working in Dallas.
Boston University there has the distiction of scoring the 1st 50 in the Stadium (by Harsh Mainkar in 2010, in the 1st college match in the Stadium. They also have the highest score 118* in the Stadium on them, & it’s also likely our 1st Century in the Stadium.
