David Sentance has played cricket all over the world – including India, Australia, New Zealand, England, Sri Lanka, USA, Canada and Kenya where he was born. He still travels the world playing cricket with the “Golden Oldies”.
David has been involved with cricket in California for over 30 years, and taught the game to his American sons – one of whom, 6’5 (& sometimes over 300 lbs) Cameron, now plays tight end for UC Davis.
In 2010 Sentance flew in from Califormia to see the American College Cricket Spring Break Championship because, as he said, “I want to see history in the making”.
His experience, cricket and otherwise,is unique and includes insightful and extremely knowledgeable perspectives on life, people, history, and cricket.
