College Football – how our Colleges did in Week One !
For the past 2 football seasons member schools of American College Cricket have proven that colleges with cricket teams are generally top performers in football ! As a result we expect to see more colleges developing cricket teams, so their football teams can be successful !
We start off the season by going close to undefeated, winning all except 3 games ! NEW American College Cricket member,the University of Buffalo lost to University of Pittsburgh 16 – 35 , Indiana University lost to Ball State 20 – 27, and College of Wooster lost to BW 0 – 24.
One of five 2010 American College Cricket players of the year Ian Carlin (also 2010 John Bart King Award winner) was a running back for Wooster in his freshman year.

Three of our other teams did lose – University of Minnesota, Florida Atlantic University and UCLA, because they played against other American College Cricket teams – USC, University of Florida and University of Houston.
