In 1977 I had the priviledge to bowl to a man who went on to become the 2nd Greatest Allrounder ever, Imran Khan. A genuinely fast bowler, capable of bowling at over 90 mph (back in those days they measured speed at the batting wicket, not out of the bowlers’ hands so mph was lower then though the bowlers were as fast as now). He was good enough to play as a specialist batsman. Imran learned from Sarfraz Nawaz & Majid Khan, and passed on his knowledge to his 2 proteges, Wasim Akram & Waqar Younis.
