Dear Sir,

 

On behalf of Auburn University Cricket Club I would like to thank you for the opportunity provided to participate in one of the best sporting events in the country.

 

We enjoyed the challenge of facing some of the best cricketing talents in the country and the opportunity to use facilities of the highest standard.

 

I am sure we could not have enjoyed the spring break at a better place than Ft.Lauderdale and in a better way than playing cricket.

 

We salute the efforts of yourself and Mr.Diloretto, for having put together such a wonderful exhibition of the sport which is the need of the hour for the popularity of the game in this part of the world.We are proud and happy to have been part of such a successful tournament and hope to be a part of it in the future too.

 

As a team, though we are disappointed that we couldn’t make it to the semi-finals, we are proud of our victory in the first two matches and the fight we put up throughout the tournament.  We are confident that we will be able to come back stronger and challenge some of the best college cricket teams in this country, if we get the opportunity again to be part of this spectacular event.

 

We once again thank you for all your efforts and we are proud of what you have done and what you are doing for the sport. Hope to see you next year.
