Gordon (NYU-Poly) shocks Argentina ! USA wins ! Gordon 4 for 38 !

The USA put up 347 for 6 in their 50 overs, with Aditya Thyagarajan scoring 159, and Orlando Baker 113. Thyagarajan’s 159 came in 16 minutes off 119 balls. He hit 21 fours and 3 sixes.
Baker’s 113 came in 187 minutes off 108 balls. He hit 12 fours and 3 sixes.

American College Cricket star fast bowler Adrian Gordon (NYU-Poly) made it tough for the Argentinans,by clean-bowling both of their openers, and Argentina was 23 for 2. Later Gordon struck 2 more times to finish with figures of 8 overs, 4 wickets for 38 runs.

Adrian Gordon emerged from the recent 2010 American College Cricket Spring Break Championship as one of the fastest bowlers in the USA. He has also spent the past 3 weeks working hard on his fitness,with a specially designed program by American College Cricket.

Argentina made 227 for 9 off 50 overs. USA won by 120 runs

Canada defeated Cayman Islands by 8 wickets. Cayman Islands made 132 for 9. Canadian fast bowler Khuram Chohan took 3 wickets for 18.

In response Canada’s Captain Rizwan Cheema blasted 79 in 57 deliveries -7 sixes & 7 fours.  Canada won in only 20.1 overs for the loss of 2 wickets
